Rarity and her daughter, Goldheart are living in a manor made by Lowe House in Equestria. It was centuries when the last born child of a mobian equestrian pony and a outsider mobian especially an non pony/equine mobian. Goldheart's mother side were a Unicorn Pony but she born as a Earth Pony as her Lion Ancestry diluted her Unicorn blood. She will grow into a prideful Pony in the future.
