A very angry mousey boi. He used to be a vigilante, then he became a bad guy, and some not-very-nice people had had previously vigilante'd on came and ripped off his arms and tongue. Big sad for him. But then he did some drugs and realized that hoses are bendy, so he made new arms out of hoses!
No tongue though. Big sad for him.
His mask is a caricature of one of those who worked him over. It's got its eyes ripped out and third eye forcefully opened as a threat to the offending party.
His weapons are throwing stones, weighted gloves, psychokinesis, and wind-control abilities.
First "finished" piece I've made on this tablet. And the first one, like, period, in a long time.
Made in GIMP 2.10 on an XP-Pen Artist 15.6.
