bubbly, vibrant, humble, caring, charitable, self sacrificing, appreciative and a positve sadist. (The harder she has to work "nonsexually" to make someone happy, the more it turns her on "sexually.")
Likes/Dislikes
Raw or rare steak with a sauce made of pureed apples, cayenne pepper and salmon.
Highly aggressive toward most humans, except for children whom she will defend with her life.
Background/History
Created by Gene Tech inc. Jessica Ryélle Harper was left to die in a trash bin in the upper floor of the building. Neal Harper appeared, having teleported in, and she began growling aimlessly. He picked her up by the back of her neck and she immediately went limp. As he investigated the facility, he carried her like he'd carry a briefcase, though a lot more carefully. After the investigation and subsequent destruction of the facility, Neal took her home and handed her to his Wife, Jasper, to breastfeed. Having already fed and put their child to bed, Jasper immediately did the same with Jessica. Her ID tag from the facility read 13551-CA and Neal based her name from that. No one in the Harper residence was prepared for a number of her abilities to manifest. Namely, her pranks of shocking people at random. Nico was unaffected because he absorbs energy in any form, including kinetic. She began speaking after a week with the family and wanted to know what happened to her parents. When Neal told her, she went berserk and tried to attack any and everything at once. This was the first time she went Ether and bounced, almost comically, off of the walls, objects and people around her like a pinball. When she stopped, she was already asleep and most of the fires died out.

A piece of glass from the genetic facility, that Neal destroyed, was given to her as a necklace when she turned 12. Despite everything she knows about that place, she loved the necklace and keeps it hidden in her fur.
