Character Description
The Seeker is a hero from another world who tragically lost everything. Lashing out in anger at the multiverse itself, he wishes to inflict his reality’s demise upon others as revenge for only his world being the one to die, out of so many in the vast infinite space of realities.
Personality
Dead in the sense of emotions, The Seeker is a very practical being who only sees things a logical or vengeful sense. He holds no attachment to anything, as that is where all the pain of his losses had come from. His goal is the only thing that matters, nothing will stop him from achieving it.
Likes/Dislikes
A being filled with hate, there is only one thing that The Seeker will enjoy in the end: inflicting the same pain that he had felt to the denizens of other realities.
In simplistic terms, The Seeker hates how the other worlds were allowed to continue existing while his world perished. It seems that he hates life itself because he had witnessed such an incredible loss of life in his dimension.
Background/History
Originating from a world opposite from The Vanguard’s, The Seeker was a celebrated hero who defended his world from threats of all kinds. No enemy would conquer him, he would always prove to be the superior combatant. At least that’s how things went for him normally, as one day a cataclysmic event ripped apart everything he knew and everything he loved. Becoming the lone survivor of an apocalypse, he escaped into the space between realities and learned of the peaceful, ongoing nature of the other worlds.
It was then that his gentle, heroic nature had completely snapped. Inverting his “perfect hero” personality, he became a cold and lonely being that only wishes to bring this same feeling upon others. He now makes his way through the nexus, leaving any reality, unfortunate enough to be in his way, a tragedy in its own right— shadowing his world’s fate. His destiny is a journey, to the other end of the portion of the multiverse he finds himself in: The world that Katorasu, Jūki, Sutību, Henxin, and Argus all live in.
World/Setting
His world was destroyed, there is no home to return to. The Seeker only lives within the space between dimensions, as he grows ever so close to his destination in the end.
