( Little story on the picture) An Anomalous Wooloo that resembles a Lucario slightly however is still a Wooloo. Although the creature is harmless, the effect on the area it has isn't and what comes about the effect are pockets of electricity spawning within a mile radius. Pockets of electricity are considered to be fatal upon approaching 40 feet of one even to electric type Pokémon. Unknown how these pockets of energy form out of nowhere, but it is suggested that the Wooloo leaves behind some residue that holds electricity that the Wooloo generates internally although no signs of its biology suggest otherwise. The anomalous properties of the electrics seem to be entirely reactional to that of radius and the way it arcs towards or around obstacles to the target within 40 feet of said pocket of anomalous electricity. The last sighting of a Woocario was in Bern, Switzerland at 3:00 Am after complaints of power outages block-wide in Matte. Later found and contained by an unknown organization who seems to manifest whenever something strange of this matter pops up within the world of Pokémon.
