THE HARPIES
The harpies form the Island of Rizkus are considered odd by other Novan races, apparently by some tragic event on their ancient past the rate at which Male harpies are born its pretty low to the point that the race is almost considered to be a full female race, also because of this harpies usually travel the world in look of mates from other races.
Harpies have fragile and nimble bodies and despite their wings they cannot fly normally, but they have a mysterious ability, they are able to drain elemental and magical energy out of their foes, when they have absorbed enough they can assume a different form usually alligned to an element while on this form a harpy magical abilities are greatly increased and also they are also capable of flying while on this form.
the might of Rizkus army might not be as great but they have a huge merchant fleet, this allow the harpies to basically act as a neutral faction that transports goods through the seas and skies.
