Prince Art Noveau. Somewhere in his mid-late 20s. Fruit Bat.

The Clown Prince of Clear. Formerly a circus clown-cum-court jester, the soon-to-be Prince prevented a rather big raid against Clear with nothing but his feet and tricks he learned throughout both careers. It was so impressive that, at ~17-ish, he became Clear's new ruling body, as the previous one was rather ineffectual, so much so that nobody even really cares to remember that guy. He's also a rather big foot fetishist, although not to the extent that Lacquer is, even if he's more open about it. So open about it in fact, that footstuff is a pretty common offering to him when meeting his subjects.
