Here’s the characters from left to right

(Middle)Obmudd:
A young 15 year old Dalmatian who was born with incredibly large ears, he is shy but loves to hangout with his friends but hates being called dumbo ( even though his name is Literally Dumbo backwards but with two Ds).

(Left)Bombaa:
Obmudd’s mother, she makes a living as a rapper in rap competitions, while she has lost to a few, she is undefeated by most, while she is quick to anger and can be arrogant, stubborn,smug, and hot headed she’s still a loving caring mother, and she will risk it all for Obmudd.

(Right)Thomas:
Obmudd’s father, he is a well known dog rockstar and is able to sing and rap at rapid speed, while he’s stern ( albeit having a few loose screws as well) he’s still a caring father, it’s just hard to spend time with his family since he’s on tour 24/7 to support his family and he’s not always home, but whenever he gets the chance, he will spend all that free time with his wife and kid
