Moral of the story: When a mage is pissed off, you let them be, specially Sirocco when she can miraculously can pull off tornado's. Sirocco is NOT normally able to stablize Tornados at her current stage of wind magic. Trying to cast Tornado without "hate lock" on someone will end up hurting herself.
