This is a new SHADOW member for my Seigi no Senshi Captain-Japan fan project.

Tsukairu Daggs ツァカイルー・ダグズ: Tsukairu Daggs is a member of SHADOWCore, a branch of the SHADOW Organization and is one of Lord-Strash's best henchmen. He is a cool-head, laid-back but skilled soldier and swordsmen and thinks of himself as a ladiesman. He can fly with his two shoulder-wings and fights with his Shinki-Fang katana and his Tenkura short-sword that can fire black, plasma-bolts at his opponents in battle.
