Definitely not being controlled to think and say what they want you to. This was supposed to be a joke, but it's not real funny. Especially considering the story that's coming up.
This story ending's definition of happiness depends on how the viewer defines happy. It's not bittersweet in the sense of Trust Me/I Trusted You's ending. It depends on what one perceives as 'good' regarding the subject material. Some people will have one view that it's harmful, some people will have a view that it's a weird ending, some people will have a view that it's a view that needs to be pushed more. Some people... you get the idea. It's an ending idea I wanted to play with. I am curious to see the results. Mind rape isn't immediately apparent or visually insidious from the start, so I am anticipating many readers will not see it as a dark comic until I spell out what happened near the third half of the comic.
