Herculaneum was being babysat by Cecil, which he did not like very much since Cecil was a baby himself. At one point when Cecil's back was turned, Herc snuck into the bathroom to pull a prank on him. When Cecil went looking for him Herc shouted at the butler for help, causing him to check the bathroom. Then Herc, all covered in toilet paper, jumped out announcing that he was the potty monster and he was gonna get him like he got Herculaneum. Cecil screamed and ran out of the bathroom. Herc then gave chase laughing at him, while removing some of the toilet paper and shouting he got pranked, unaware that a plunger was stuck to his diaper butt.
