Torri Biggs's new permanent redesign. She's gonna be more expressive and happy looking and I toned her chest and muscles down because she was waaaay to bulky for a rouge. Anyway enjoy :D

As far as april fools jokes go, I have to say that adorable "what if" designs are pretty harmless and fun. She looks so spunky!
