Imagine penetrating a dense mushroom land, when one of them come and kills you because you tried to "chop" it
The Warped Mimic is no joke, despite it's huge tree size it can sprints towards you at nearly 90km/h. It's unlikely you can attack it before it flings you into the air first. Worst of all it's legs have plating of netherite, it's weakspot is probably the mouth, which is also armored.
Your best bet is to leave the forest ASAP
