At the meeting Derek, Cameron, Duke, Ash, Blaze, Ren, Cinos, Mako, Scout, Dan, Brick, me, Tails, and our mothers had, we decided to sue Mr. Jason $200 each for emotional distress, and contacted the police, getting him a criminal trial for what physically happened to us. It was almost six months later when we appeared in court. With me, Derek, Cameron, Duke, Ash, Blaze, Ren, Cinos, Mako, Scout, Dan, and Brick as the plaintiffs, Tails was our witness. Mr. Jason and his girlfriend had no evidence against us, so the judge ruled in our favor and we were altogether paid $2400. At the criminal trial, we agreed to testify against Mr. Jason. When I got upon the witness stand, I froze for a second, his ice blue eyes drilling into me. "Sonic," the judge said, "Tell me what happened the week you were at Mr. Jason's summer camp, Norther Star." I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and gave my testimony. After we had given our testimonies, and Tails confirmed it as our star witness, Mr. Jason was convicted and earned himself quite a lot of jail time. As he was cuffed and lead out of the room, he took a running leap at me! "I'll be back you little pincushion! And when I get out, I will kill you and all your precious friends!" I clung to my mom and gulped. I had not expected that, or the threat to end my life. "Don't worry, Kid," the police told me after, "He won't be getting out for a long time." I didn't feel comfortable with his threat to kill me or anyone else, but I don't have to worry about that now. As the guys and I walked out of the courthouse, we smiled at each other. "So, friends for life?" I asked the guys and put my fist out. "Friends for life!" They repeated, ad we all fist bumped. And guess what? To this day, we all remain the best of friends.
