Character Description
The Prodigy, Argus Johnson, is the only child belonging to a pair of CEOs that head a company that manufactures weapons of all shapes and sizes. Despite his young age, background, and naivety, Argus is more than happy to join the next-generation of heroes; even if no one knows that he’s a masked vigilante.
Personality
As a growing teen, Argus is rather naive when it comes to the world and the way it works with the people that inhabit it; most of the time, he is docile when near people who are of a higher status or importance than him, as he feels that he is seen as just a child still, even by his own parents— who never bothered making time for him. It’s because of this that he has developed a more lighthearted rebellious phase, actively going outside on his own and even taking up the identity of a masked hero.
Despite being born with a golden spoon in his mouth, Argus is very happy to be around people that don’t have his type of lifestyle, as he doesn’t feel judged or expected of anything by the “lower-class” people. He is always more than excited to make new friends, a sign of his light naiveness.
Deep down though, he sometimes yearns for something or someone to replace the massive hole in his childhood.
Likes/Dislikes
Recently, Argus has grown to dislike being left alone at home, with only the occasional tutor or butler to accommodate and accompany him; instead, he prefers heading outside to the city and exploring what it has to offer: all the restaurants, shops, parks, and the sights and sounds are just a festival of wonder to him. It’s all a new world for the canine.
Occasionally, he loves to wear more casual clothing as it’s a nice change to his wardrobe than his brightly colored ensemble.
Background/History
Growing up, Argus was never really given the love and care that a child should receive throughout their life; instead, he was showered with tutors and butlers that took care of his every need, as if all that could replace a parent’s love. Despite being taught about all there is to know about the basics of the world, he wasn’t ever exposed to it all; in fact, he only recently learned about the heroes that were forced to disband, before his birth.
On his own accord, he leaves his home for the outside world on the daily, to explore the city of Station Square that laid just beyond the ivory gates. Though recently, he has noticed an uprise in crime on the streets, even with the existence of a new generation of heroes. Discovering a hidden prototype battlesuit in his father’s private workshop— hidden in his office— Argus dons the persona of a masked vigilante that wants to aid in the fight to make the world a better place. He is welcoming this new hard-knock life with open arms, even though he knows that he’s not ready for it.

World/Setting
Argus lives in the city of Station Square, in a rather large estate, as his parents preferred to live close to where they work. Seeing for what it is, despite all the crime that has ramped up, he loves the city for what it has to offer. As with the others, he lives in a reality that is an off-shoot of the main Sonic canon.
