Niabi is the artificer and one of the resident smart people of her air/space pirate crew. The daughter of a brilliant airship engineer who's great work was a ship designed to scare off any invaders from the lands their tribes called home.
When the ship went down, Niabi vowed to do what her father could not. Where her father had made a powerful armored behemoth of a zeppelin, Niabi made a fast, hard hitting prototype intended to crush ships far bigger.
It, too, went down. She was the only survivor of the wreck, and after years wasting away in the pirate port of Blackgate joined up with a band of air, and later space, pirates who now sail the spheres in an ancient ship.
The gauntlet on her left arm contains a small and magnetically contained sphere of annihilation. By manipulating the magnetic field around the sphere she can project a super fine beam of entropic force that rips apart anything caught in its wake.
