how he acquired his marks: he'd gained his lords favor and acceptance after raping his mother before the watchful gaze of isaac
personality/bio: born in a small settlement on the outskirts of the west asian border to a former anubain high-general hyena father, ahreon and 'exiled' (meaning ahreon liberated her form her masters) chamber servant pharaoh hound mother, mara; varin's young life was filled with ridicule and many hardship's for simply being born 'a filthy mutt'. (who his parents were and what they used to be didn't help the lads case either) though being younger and thus physically smaller then his fellow townies, varin resorted to thievery, trickery and vandalism to get back at his and his mothers tormenters since arrowing the sods down was out of the question unfortunately. his skills of mischief grow with every passing season until he became so brazen that he began stealing from passing traders and drifters alike up until he tried his luck on a cloaked white jackal...... today he happily serves with his brethren and trains almost religiously under isaac and aziz
