In the Arthur episode, "The Blackout", Buster relaxes in a kiddie pool with Arthur and D.W. We see him wearing a t-shirt and shorts. However, we don't see his clothes next to the pool and after Pal deflates the pool, he is seen wearing orange swim trunks. Where did he get the swimsuit from? Where are his clothes?

To be fair, the Mandela Effect got me. When I first watched this episode, after Pal deflated the kiddie pool, I thought Buster was wearing the brown shorts from before.
