Hum, had fun with Google translate! :-P
Russian, Gujarati (India or South Africa), Spanish and French sailor... Weren't pirates English men under Queen Victoria order? ;-)
To have a Spanish captain, he must be quite disgruntled of his home country monarchies.

Privateers, not pirates, were working under different crowns at the time. 'Pirates' imply they didn't had a buccaneer contract or license, and thus were outlaws not working under any crown (like the ones in 'Swashbuckled'). Different nations worked as privateers under the British Crown aswell, not just englishman

… I am reminded of a scene from American Dragon Jake Long where

his dad an American.. Muggle gets stuck taking grandpa (Jake's dragon mentor) on a long car ride.

grandpa dosnt like the man his daughter married and starts using Mandarin and Chinese to insult him

the dad response "Oh yeah? well I took High School Norwegian so.. (insert insult here)

Grandpa's counter?
"I too took High School Norwegian"
