A local friend of mine was super grateful when I shared the awesomeness of the kid show Bluey with them and their family.
One day she ordered special fabric for her kids, and I was of course jealous, lol. So she made a secret side project, and made me my own Bluey pillowcase.
It has a few smudges on there; I think someone with nail polish handled the fabric, but I don't care... it's BLUEY!!! <3 <3 <3
I's been a terrible week, so this hugely unexpected surprise really made my day.

Being fired from any job sucks. I've only been fired once in my long life, lol, at the start of an economic recession to boot.
I have to restore years of neglect and disorder to our warehouse while going through a negative slump in my cyclic depression. Everything feels hopeless and pointless, and I feel like my unshakable strength and honor is something I should just shrug off. My workload is inhuman and impossible, and we are understaffed this week. So, I'm juggling my emotions while battling a job I no longer care for, and which amplifies my sate of misery and depression.
Still, I maintain my good nature, and I've made solid friends along the way through my hardships. My friend making this helped pick me up a good chunk today.
You got plans to rush back out into the job market, or you gonna take a couple of weeks off to destress?
