I had been meaning to make this little wholesome comic for a while and I thought this would be a good subject for the prompt so why not? Poor Joe wants to wear a pretty dress but gets bullied for being a boy wearing a dress but with some bad good comes some good. she finds a friend in another bullied kid which is overweight who doesn't judge her and understands how she feels. a new friendship blooms which will last for years to come ^w^ <3
