Fuck homophobes, am I right?
Todd is one of many characters I've made who is on some level a self-insert. As with most of my characters, I went out of my way to make him different from me in certain ways and explore, in writing, what those differences would build up to. Among other things:
- He is attracted exclusively to the male body, not to females
- He's a lot better than I am at self control and keeping his body fit
- He doesn't like the way his face looks now that he's been magically transformed from a normal human to some sort of fox minotaur thing, and thus wears his executioner's hood as much as possible; he thinks he was more handsome as a human
