Character Description
Vitaly hails from a version of Silver's timeline in Onyx City, where its metropolis is ruled by the City Council. He is a member of the Science Center as part of a program that experiments on psychokinetic beings
Personality
Vee acts friendly, but only superficially for his own gain. He's quick to ditch anyone when they stop being useful to him. A brilliant mind, yet squanders his intellect on crimes against mobianity. He often disguises passive aggressive insults as friendly smalltalk. He's dismissive and condescending as hell around people he considers beneath him
During rut season, Vee is at his most undignified, becoming aggressive and sexually frustrated.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Strong black coffee, seeing what makes others tick
Dislikes: Rut season (the paid time off is nice, though), antler velvet shedding
