When the lockdown hit, I don't think anything saved people's sanity more than Animal Crossing did. People everywhere played it consistently, bringing a brightness to their world when everything had gone dark. Likewise, I had more freedom to focus on art for the first time in years, and I went all in, completing tons of pictures, both new and outstanding.
