Taking place in IDW verse Ash currently lives with Clutch after the whole zombot arc. Because Ash had gotten infected and was separated from Mina and the group he ended up at Clutch's Resort, after the events in the bed room for them Clutch invited Ash to stay with him and his private Villa not far from the Resort, Ash was hesitant but took up his offer and currently lives with Clutch.

After the events of the Chao races Clutch returns home abit angered with how everything went, but seeing Ash on his sofa, he was happy to have atleast one good thing out of everything, just needs to remember that Ash isn't too big a fan of his alcohol breathe and cigar smoke.
