So I kind of laughed at this because Mephiles is almost in the middle every time because he just doesn't care XD

Silver was pretty chill with some of it, so he was kind of in the middle but not like Mephy was ^^;
sadly though...Silver questions if Mephiles ACTUALLY loves him, or if he's just a toy for amusement

"If he's straight, why is he with Mephiles?"

Well, first off, Mephiles came to him (Harassed) and second. Even though he would date a girl, Silver knows love comes before gender, so yes. that's why ^^
