I believe that art can be one of the best ways to work through our feelings and anxieties, when life throws us for a loop. Art can express love, joy, loss, pain, and any number of other emotions. Sometimes (albeit rarely), I work through things directly with art inspired by my own feelings. It doesn’t always work. But it keeps me going simply to have to finish something. Eventually, we get back up. Eventually.

A bit of a redo on my OC, now an alicorn named Tender Art.
