Character Sheet for Kereya Tensai
Character Description
Kereya is a self proclaimed superhero, using a suit constructed by herself, which would be an unremarkable costume if not imbued with the power of a strange crystal.
The crystal gives her suit increased durability, as well as increasing her speed and strength by a high amount. It also transports her suit to parts not in use, and summons it just as quickly. Prolonged use of her suit or excessive damage causes the suit and crystal to be transported away forcefully. While she doesn't know where the suit goes, if she looks at the crystal hard enough she sometimes sees a large pink crystal monolith in the middle of a wasteland.
Personality
Kereya is a self proclaimed paragon, with somewhat of an ego to match. She oftentimes believes her way is best and will take questionable actions to achieve what she believes to be the greater good. While this usually isn't an issue, due to her generally altruistic goals, at times her direct attitude can bring her into conflict with others.
Kereya is stubborn and set in her ways and beliefs, and can be abrasive when working with others who don't hold the same values. Despite this, if its to accomplish a goal she deems worthy, she'll make a temporary truce with almost anyone.
Kereya cares deeply about other's well-being despite her flaws. She'll never give up on someone in need of help, and believes in second chances and redemption. She'll always `be willing to help someone follow her path, even if they may not want to.

Above all Kereya enjoys a clearly defined hero and villain. She'll often falter when it comes to complex moral questions, as they're usually something she can't punch her way out of.
Background/History
Kereya spent most of her childhood enraptured by stories of heroes. As time grew, even as she learned more about the harsh reality of the world she kept her optimism that heroes weren't a dead idea, and that if only someone had the will to act they could make the world a better place.
When she heard reports about a strange blue fox with a crystal imbedded in his chest, who had strange abilities she thought the age of superheroes was about to begin. Once she tracked him down she found herself angry and disappointed, seeing him as someone more concerned with using his abilities for himself rather than in the service of others. As such, she decided that the strange pink crystal she'd seen him drop was better left in her care than his.
From there she began her career as a self appointed hero, using her newfound power to help those in need.

World/Setting
While Kereya is aware of and has seen the wastelands from which Chrystix comes from, she herself lives in a small city that she protects using her powers, though will often go to other areas if she deems necessary.
