Character Sheet for Ender
Character Description
Ender is a rockstar pony, a singer (and crooner), producer, audio engineer, and occasional pianist who fronts a musical collective named The Instinct, with a large number of members in it that switch off roles, including himself. He's also of standard height and wears a topaz around his neck, his November birthstone.
He also leads Ender's Herd, a large group of ponies, gryphons, and various creatures (some of whom are in The Instinct) who share an open relationship with one another and occasionally those outside the herd, jokingly calling himself a "butt connoisseur." Although, the rockstar persona given off to the public help his cause with the herd. His first and true girlfriend and love of his life is a fellow pegasus, Star Universe, along with his left-hoof gryphon rocker Caiya Gavran.
Personality
He is very curious, part of his scientific background. He's a gentle and good-natured soul who wants to help when he can, even if its to his detriment. He tries his best to keep everyone happy and is always disappointed when it doesn't work out. He's a physical pony, always willing to hug and hold and cuddle. He's a romantic sweetheart and also a flirt, but his physical tendencies means his major love language is physical touch, which usually leans into sex. He can be anxious super quickly in uncomfortable situations when not with at least someone else he's comfortable with, and has always dealt with anxiety and nerves
Likes/Dislikes
He loves music and good food, and most sports that involve either a board or a racket, such as snowboarding, skateboarding, and racquetball. He loves sleep and you will likely finding him staying up late and sleeping in. He hates awkward situations and will do anything necessary to get out of them.
Background/History
A lonely and nerdy colt, Ender grew up studying both music and chemistry but wasn't sure what his passion was, and got his cutie mark late after being given a music opportunity after a great songwriter performance at a local area at the age of 18. He quickly starts off building a band with some local musicians, and with some support he grew relatively quickly to success. The band all move into the same large house where they live together.
He met Star during one of these concerts through a VIP pass, and experienced a spark with her but wasn't able to explore it then. In a twist of fate, she ended up studying at an observatory in the same town he lived in, seeing each other as he moved in, and it didn't take long before they began dating, were sleeping together, and she moved in with him.
He begins developing a strong friendly rival relationship with Caiya, a singer in Gryffindor leading her own band, beginning to hang out a bit and collaborate, even having a battle of the bands. But the guitarist is her abusive boyfriend, and after she catches her cheating he kicks her out and she ends up being forced to fly all the way to Equestria in the pouring rain, only barely able to make it to his home and almost dying of hypothermia if Ender didn't bring her in and save her, him and Star and the band taking care of her, helping her recover and letting her stay as long as she needs to figure herself out.
As Caiya recovers, they begin to realize that they have feelings for each other, in conflict with Ender's stronger feelings for Star. But rather than pull them apart, Star suggests Ender start a herd instead of a monogamous relationship, something Ender had never considered. After a lot of thinking and conflicted thoughts and a heart-to-heart conversation with all of them, they realize they can all love each other equally. Ender surprises the gryphon with a special night in his room with him and Star, and Ender's Herd begins...
The herd begins to grow quickly, as he finds Asteroid Trail, a travel guide and nomad coming on hard times who he gives a place to stay and quickly leads to her falling for him, and Raaz Bellegarde, Caiya's drummer and close friend from the previous band trying to find her and finds a place with Ender when their drummer quits. He begins to realize at this rate, he needs a new house, so pools his money to help build a huge mansion, with multiple upon multiple bedrooms to fit all the creatures who may join his herd, with sections set aside for music and other special rooms, even a pool, and room for more expansion. Eventually with many members of the herd being musical of various talents, he starts a musical collective that he leads called The Instinct, which allows him to experiment musically and share the spotlight.
