Unlike her younger self, Adult Tammy is less shy when it comes to new people. And she's more generous than her younger self; much more willing to help those in need. She sports a flower on her left ear and a pearly necklace, two things that younger Tammy doesn't wear.
She's not as bothered by early mornings as she when she was a kid. And now, she doesn't mind vegetables (even green ones). Adult Tammy may not be into playing 'This Little Piggy' like she was when she was younger, but very secretively, she enjoys it still.
Adult Tammy is just as incontinent as younger Tammy. Thus, she's just as accident-prone and still wears diapers.
A notable feature between the two Tammys is that whatever young Tammy feels, Adult Tammy will also feel it. For instance, if young Tammy gets sprayed with cold water, Adult Tammy will feel cold as well. This doesn't apply to minor things such as getting poked or something like sneezes.
