This was done at KainCon 1999 when he was there along with his mate Fuzzybear and a lot of others. I was blown away to see this when eh showed me it later during the Con since I was busy handling all the Lan party stuff and keeping things rolling. Yeah his face may look more raccoon like but he was going more by how ringtail’s masks looked IRL. (And they aren’t a common species even today in the fandom to have much practice drawing)
