Replicants from the XGE storyline and sub-setting.

Replicants are attempts at artificially creating reclaimers, often by copying their schematics or reverse-engineering living or dead individuals. While accurate Replicants can be essentially true Reclaimer individuals, the tendency of Replicants to be non-sapient, often insane machines prone to murderous AI logic flaws make them looked down upon in most Clans.

Those particular Recplicants were created by the human population of the world that discovered XGE, using her nanites as inspiration for their own robotic beings.

Early Replicants were essentially low quality clones and mimicked XGE's anatomy closer, with a noticeably inhuman body structure. As the humans improved their technology and understanding of XGE's systems, they eventually discarded the original form and crafted more anthromorphic, then finally purely humanoid Replicants.

They are universally weaker than XGE by order of magnitude, with inferior physical and mental capabilities ; justified via XGE's nanite biology being largely black box to humanity, given their current technological base, and their focus on creating "efficient" mass production-friendly models (Reclaimers are almost all genetically engineered to eliminate all genetic flaws and augment their abilities, physically and mentally, to the limit).
