Here the story begins when a company known as Lord Empire secretly conducted experimentations on people using animal DNA with the mysterious ooze known as the Mutagen. Here the hero known as Kiminito Shen was born, rescued by a scientist he took the mutant boy to a temple where masters would train him to rise up against Lord Empire. But unfortunately Lord Empire was also experimenting on Cloning and here they cloned a copy of Kiminito they dubbed "Solovar". But the company holds dark secrets as its actually being run by a ninja clan known as the Blood Dragons who seek to use the mutagen to create an army of super ninjas.
