I'm not sure what to say about this artwork, but i liked doing it. Yes, it is about Rocket League.
The android is Buffy-Sugo, it debuted in the map Neo Tokyo as a background statue.
The dude is the character from the cover of the album Where U Are, by Throttle. I'm pretty sure the monocromatic radioactive-green is just the cover's design choice, but i liked how he poped up in this drawing.
