Hmmm, it appears that we have a mysterious character that has arrived in the Artisans along his Velociraptor steed. Who is this guy, why is he hidden by such a enclosed outfit, why is that gun so huge, is he even an animal. Perhaps time will tell.

The outfit is based on the main character from Red Steel 2, a Wii game released by Ubisoft. and his weapon, which is a gun that can also turn into a sniper and gatling gun, is based on the gun Thirty-Thirty uses from the Filmation cartoon Bravestarr https://bravestarr.fandom.com/wiki/Sara_Jane?file=Sara_...

Wasn't Filmation also the company behind the animated Ghostbusters and the original animated He-Man and She-Ra?
BlazeHeartPanther

They were behind the one based on the Original Ghostbusters and not the one that starred Bill Murray and others.

Yea. Their was an older version of Ghostbuster that Filmation did their animated version based on. Infact, I'm pretty sure Defunct  TV talked about it on their channel

And Tex Hex from the original Ghostbusters was reused as a villain in BraveStarr.

BlazeHeartPanther

I'm not sure of what other characters were reused again, but I'm pretty sure they were known for reusing a lot of their animations for their characters over and over again to save on redrawing them again and again.

I was trying to compare between BraveStarr and Scout's and Molly's Steamtown.
BlazeHeartPanther
BlazeHeartPanther

Ok, Well, I guess Steamtown is more of an advance city with towering buildings compared to the world of Bravestarr which is mostly set in a old western town.

Well, either way, I ever played the Fallout games, and it wasn't my intention to reference it.

As stated before, the outfit is based on the protagonist from Red Steel 2, and also the weapon he has on his back is based off Thirty-Thirty's weapon Sarah Jane from the Filmation cartoon Bravestarr

It adds a sense of mystery, especially with the way his head is silhouetted by his hat and collar, though it was kind of odd to draw that on a character with the shape of head he has
