Well I came up with the idea for this guy here and essentially an altered Earth with dinos. More or less three. Oviraptors, Dromeasaours (think Jurassic park only feathered), and Protosauritops.

Tyler stretched as he walked out of the biochem building. It'd been a very long day. He'd been working on half a dozen gene sequence test and helping out here and there with various lab work. Though it was his thing and he enjoyed his work he was happy the day was over. Looking forward to heading out with his Raptor friend Gean. Gean was smart but more athletic. Ironically he was a number guy. Which meant his favored sport was baseball. Tyler wondered if they'd catch a movie or something today of if Gean was in the mood to go out to a club. Gean and Tyler were both single and much to the embarrassment of the Oviraptor, Tyler was still a virgin. But who knows maybe tonight would be the night he'd meet someone special. At least he'd have some fun with a friend.

Well hope you guys liked the pic and the lil story. Might do a comic with him and Gean sometime. ^^

It's amazing how you can take a species that I might not think of as cute, and you make it heart-warmingly adorable. :)

That's an interesting design =P It has vague resemblances to various dinosaurs (and yes I did read your comment about the pic lol) Liking how you did the neck, head thing there XD I dunno how else to describe it. My head is fail tonight apparently. It just looks...good lol and once again your ability to draw different head shapes impresses me.

Thanks. I've gotten good at heads. Heads are always my starting off point. Generally start out with a circle and tweak things from there. Course references for more exotic creatures like the Oviraptor can help. But of course there's always room for artistic License especially in the case of projecting a creatures evolutionary path. And yeah I know. I'm nerdy. *adjust his glasses* And I'm proud of it too! ^^

Same here. I start with heads XD But I'm not all that accustomed to drawing fur characters (believe it or not XD) Yus! Artistic license is fun.
