Edit - I felt like his neck was too long, so I fixed it now, looks better now :)
So yeah, I saw that episode of paw patrol where Rocky becomes a werepuppy, and theres even a small transformation scene too, that was enough to motivate me to draw him! What a cutey <3
Honestly, I think I kinda like his werepuppy look more than his original look, its definitely a close one though, they are both cute :)
