Character Description
Ray is a mutant platypus, able to control all things organic, including his own body. He uses this skill to fight crime and play pranks on his friends.
Personality
Cheerful, playful. Since he pretty much has no organic needs, neither does he have a worry in the world.
Likes/Dislikes
Loves the sun, women, food. Isn't fond of those alien species he doesn't have power upon. Doesn't like working.
Background/History
A freak accident at Polis Prima's Bioenergy plant infused Rayco's body with so much unstable energy he now can alter all things organic at will. One of his favorite tricks is morphing into the Howler, a horrible beast he uses to scare and fight criminals and feed the legends of a lengendary rapist monster that lives in the park's grove.

World/Setting
Rayco is one of the highest ranked city security agents of Polis Prima. He's valued for his ability to either brain-hack criminals into regretful civilians or recycle them into organic food paste.
Body
Rayco: a purple platypus. Duck bill, flipper, claws, etc.
Howler: 10 feet tall monster with horns, tentacles, claws, and pretty much anything he can think of; his appearance may vary with each encounter.
Clothing
Any t-shirt. Since they're made of an organic material, he can regrow them in case they get torn apart.
