I live in a climate where it can rain each and every day of the year (not constantly). Soaking wet clothes are such fun! Not! Even with proper rain gear cycling to work during a heavy rain shower can make you rather wet.

I guess it depend on situation. If I am going somewhere like to the store, I prefer to stay dry. But, I do like to plan some splashy adventure which I think are a lot of fun =X3 It really depend on the mindset your in when you go. Same thing with mud. I don't want my shoes to always be dirty. But, playing in mud can be a lot of fun if that's what you plan.
