"C'mon, May, you trained hard for this!" May Maple thought to herself as she was preparing to execute the finishing moves in her contest showcase, while her parents, her brother Max, and even her former rivals like Drew and Harley were cheering her on as the Master-rank victory was close.
One thing on her mind however was that intriguing recipe she found from an anonymous tipster for a special kind of Pokeblock. After she found the Rooberries necessary, she made the Pokeblocks and fed them to her Pokemon. She grew curious on how effective it was, which led her to trying one before the match. As she focused on her Blaziken's finesseful performance, she didn't notice the pink and tan fur growing all over her body as she started feeling woozy and got onto her hands and knees. They quickly shifted into paws as a swishy pom-pom-like tail grew from her rear and her ears and face became more feline in appearance.
At the same time, Max snuck away from the crowd of onlookers as he started to turn into a fluffy wolf puppy and his clothes shifted into a puffy diaper, except for his glasses. May's clothes also transformed as her bandana fell off and she was now clad in a pink-frilled baby diaper, licking her lips as she enjoyed her special treat. While she looked around, she saw that her Torchic (formerly a Blaziken), Squirtle (formerly a Wartortle), Munchlax and Glaceon were all in thick baby diapers, with a goofy cheerful (if also rather babyish) expression on their faces as they were enjoying their rooberry Pokeblocks as well while the judges awarded them (and May as well) for winning the Cute category.
After the former human's contest victory, her little brother scampered onto the podium after stopping with a sigh as he soaked his new diaper, sloshing up to his sister and cheerfully giving the stinky little kitten a lick on the cheek. In response, May playfully filled her diaper with her yummy meal, more than happy to start her new life as a fluffy little Skitty alongside her puppy Pokemon brother.
Unbeknownst to the two of them (and the audience viewing the scene) a diapered Jirachi curiously watched the scene and smiled at how happy the sister and brother looked together as cuddly baby Pokemon, while May's Pokemon also embraced the diapered Pokemon lifestyle.
