Appearing in episode 36, The Mystery of the Higan Rider, Higan-Rider is a reused Kamen-Rider SkyRider suit with the chest-plate of Kamen-Rider Super-One and made into a monster of the week. Actually it started as a girl who attacked delinquent boys but after she was exposed a second one appeared.
Personal-Notes: I know that the version pictured here is a little different then the one seen in the show, but that's just my art-style.
