We've officially met the next of the Supreme Three. This bundle of blue-haired bombasity is Arryn, the Bully Beater. After school lets out, the kids who are met with the terror of bullies trying to ruin their fun time are often saved by this boy in blue. Out of the three of them, he's the one kids seem to be the most intimidated by, though, some have trouble putting a finger on as to why. He doesn't have a reputation of attacking innocents but his sometimes ruthless nature does sometimes tend to scare people. His operation doesn't require anyone to pay him back either though there are instances where people get the feeling some compensation wouldn't be out of the question. No one knows what to make of that smile of his. Is he doing this out of the goodness of his heart or is there something more? Who knows? Honestly, so long as the bullies are kept in check, no one really complains.
The balance of power currently has him targeting bullies, Calzone leading a group of bullies, and Azure as a bit of a mysterious wildcard that keeps the other two factions from overstepping their bounds. Since Azure is the newest of the three, the constant feuding between Calzone and Arryn's groups have died down.
All three factions have changed over time though and this system has been in place for so long now that one can't help but wonder what'll happen should one of them leave and the balance gets disturbed.
If the balance of power becomes unbalanced... what'll happen then?

It would be pretty entertaining to watch since he's a huge jerk. I'd like to see that end result and when he wakes up afterwards surrounded by the torn remains of his clothes (his undies were the first to be destroyed as they ripped apart from the strain of the beating while being used to support that bully in a hanging wedgie) and slowly coming to the realization (and great embarrassment, unless he's a kind of nudist) that he's naked except for his shoes and socks (if they're still on his feet) and in full view of any possible nearby onlookers. I hope his would be victims take some pictures, so that they can inspire the rest of the little kids to stand up to their bullies when the bullies go too far and to prove to the bullies that just because they're bigger doesn't mean they're invincible or immune to humiliation and karma, especially since no one in that town is since it seems to have an overabundance in underwear with extremely childish, gender flipped, inappropriate, age group dissonant, and/or just plain embarrassing prints.
