Angelo is part of a Maverick Hunter unit that act primarily as both soldiers and medical personal. They are usually sent in to high-risk areas for search and rescue to treat/retrieve injured individuals, or to assist other Maverick Hunters in battle.
Most of them wear cloaks that are made from an experimental magnetic cloth which was made in an attempt to ward off the Sigma virus. It would show some promise, however due to it's cost and it less then efficient results, it led to the cloaks not being widely used, or being sidelined for other projects.
