Before the end of the Mecha-Wars, these Knights would travel and protect the worlds, striving to bring harmony to them... But all that changed when the evil Constructionists, with the help of the once good Mech army wiped them out at the end of the war...
From the medieval times till the end of the Great War, the Knights were helpers of the public and took pride in their studies of Light Myst, a field of energy which some can use to enhance their agility, or give the user super human powers. At the end of the war, approximately 99% of the Knights were wiped out leaving only a small amount of survivors, who either went into hiding, or disbanded themselves from using Myst altogether.
The Knight's standard attire usually has some form of armor, weather it'd be shoulder plates, gauntlets, shin plates, and even chest plates. Knights also sometimes wear capes, but those are usually seen worn by those of the highest classes.
The weapon they use are swords, much like a regular Knight would, but these swords are comprised of strong metals and laser technology. Magical Gems or crystals are also common in their builds, mainly used as color and as power sources.
