Sniff mentioned that escaping from a bind didn’t sound difficult to him - how hard could it be? Little My made a bet with Sniff that she and Snorkmaiden could tie him up, and that he wouldn’t be able to escape.
Sniff is saying “W-wait a minute, you never said anything about taping my snout shut...”
He’s not really in a position to make demands right now though..!
It took me a while..! I looked at some frame shots of Moomin’s bedroom from the episode ‘Hurry up, Snufkin’, and then roughly sketched this out on A4. I scanned it into Procreate, and tried to match the colours to what’s used in the show. I’ve noticed that for backgrounds, it’s important to mix colours to give a painted feel - so for a lot of the surfaces, I shade things in one colour, and lightly paint over it in a slightly different shade.
Using Procreate is really helpful, because it lets me separate everything into layers (so I use one for each character/item, and another for the backdrop).
Unfortunately though, last week I ordered the wrong stylus (my iPad pro is an older model), so I’m still just having to draw with my finger... which isn’t ideal..!
