I'm a second-generation Honduran, and total Florida man... just not like the ones on the news. I've been the shy kid since forever, I was chubby, pretty quiet... definitely not the guy you'd expect to sign up for a show like this! The change happened when I saw all these big guys in American football and soccer, the real football, I mean... and it was that confidence and all the fanfare behind it that sorta inspired me to say 'I want to be that, I want to be in super cut shape and have that win-all attitude', so I got to work.
A look goal became a career goal, and eventually I got my degrees and took the work of inspiring people to be fit and healthy and have them experience that change that I went through, which is one of the highest highs you can get, when you hit your stride. And I haven't stopped or turned complacent, I'm always looking for new ways to exercise and to keep the routines entertaining, there's very little I've refused to do. The main things you're gonna get on my sessions are tough, but fun times, doesn't matter if you're a grandpa or a rockstar or a big CEO, I'm there to make you reach the best version of yourself, one pull-up at a time.
A lot of people do look at me all confused, like... "Wait... you're a dad of five with that bod?" And to that I say that every bod is a dad bod, but I chose to be on this setting... and I can give you pointers to, if you wish.
Being on a house with all these strong-willed, active people does sound scary, and I know from experience that it comes with plenty of hard challenges... Samuel's starting middle school, big achievement, Monserath's got the energy of ten toddlers in one, and don't get me started on Merlyn and her crushes and- pffft... okay, I had to do that, but honestly, handling these eleven muscleheads? Easy, accounted for, wrapped up for delivery to their homes.
They'll 100% dismiss me because I'm the busy dad, the one that's doing this to get a mid-age rush in his life, but I'll say the contrary: I'm in my most lethal shape, even more than five or ten years ago. This is my time to be here now, and I know that I can beat whoever comes my way. It takes conviction, an iron will, and the strength of knowing I got my biggest fans at home rooting for me. And by the way, my wife Gisele is tough, she would make mincemeat out of these guys! That woman is dynamite!
I'm the American Mustelid Alpha because I know that it takes much more than just being on good shape; you need to be the leader, the commander, the one person everyone looks up to. We as leaders have the responsibility to pave the way for communities and people who need it. I'm very much here to give back, just like when I'm dedicating my all to each and every one of my clients and see them get that gratification. It's the most understated Alpha quality: inspiration. If I manage to get others - my friends, my family - to look up and be proud of the weasel I've become, well that's my victory.

Welcome again, guys! The selection is over and we're down to the dirty dozen, so we reckon it's proper time to start putting a face to these people! We kick things off with William, the 2nd generation Honduran weasel and father of five who's impressed the group through the two days of selection and won an early spot in the Burrow :)
