Look into it for yourself. Surgical affirmation of gender dysphoria does literally nothing helpful. Pushing this onto children only makes things worse for them. Suicide rates for post-operation transgenders is not lower than pre-operation and doesn't fit with the narrative that it's caused by "persecution" - literally the only group of people to commit suicide at a similar rate were Jews living in Nazi Germany, and it'd be one of the gravest insults to say that occasionally being verbally and visually reminded that the delusion in your head doesn't line up with the objective reality you live in is anything remotely close to as bad as they were suffering.
