My latest OC to join Noivern, Jay and the rest. He loves wellies and loves coins too, in fact he has quite a big collection of coins too.

I did two versions of this (one with just regular Meowth and this one with Alola Meowth) and chose the Alola variant since I think he would stick out a little more.
