This was a commissioned piece by Vera (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/vera) in her favorite plushies series. I loved Rainbow Brite as a kid and this was my favorite doll when I was about 5.
I do find the majority of baby dolls creepy. Non-baby dolls are mildly less creepy depending on the facial expression. I mainly liked Rainbow Brite because, when I was five, I loved her clothing. :P
